Welcome and thanks for visiting!

I’m Chris. I’m a self-proclaimed enthusiast in all things Game Room. Since I can remember, I’ve spent hours upon hours playing and loving a variety of games. From downtown arcade centres to games rooms at our favourite holiday parks, these places were sacred to me.

I started thegamesguy.com to share my passion and hopefully provide help and guidance to other game enthusiasts. As I’m getting older and I see how much technology is changing the way our kids are growing up, I’m even more determined to help keep people on their feet rather than glued to the TV playing Playstation.

There’s also the social aspect and enjoyment that we get out of physical games, which can bring both strangers and families together.

My favourites which I’ll hope to cover on the site include table tennis, darts, foosball, air hockey, bowling and many more. My aim, with the help of some friends, is to review and provide honest recommendations on games room equipment.

My quest is to someday create my very own man cave – something that I’ll be proud of and to share for inspiration for others.
